3-D IMAGING & DESIGN PHASE
Creative Atmospheres designers use the latest technology to generate accurate depictions of your new design. This process is often used in place of traditional design and the product is a colorful video that is uploaded to YouTube. Customers love the real look and feel of the videos because it enables them to visualize what their project will look like before it’s ever even started. Design process includes material choices and plant sourcing.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE
Creative Atmospheres produces construction documents in conjunction with 3-D imaging. Your local municipality and HOA will need likely need these documents for permitting. Construction documents include hardscape design, planting design, irrigation, drainage, lighting and construction details.
Once Creative Atmospheres obtains your construction documents, we will give you a detailed bid that includes all aspects of your project from beginning to end. Often times contractors leave out permitting fees, accessories and details in order to ‘win the project’, Creative Atmospheres does not subscribe to that practice. We believe that the customer should be informed of every step in the process, and this includes every dollar. A happy customer equals an informed customer.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The construction phase begins with onboarding our project management tool called Buildertrend. This allows our entire team to communicate seamlessly throughout the project. Daily messaging, documents, material choices and client’s accounting is all in one place and easily accessible. Our skilled crew members will complete your project in a clean, efficient manner. Our projects are unparallel in quality and craftsmanship.
